Sukhothai Rum is the "The Spirit of Siam" Sukhothai Rums are a blend of double distilled rums from fresh-pressed Saccharum spontaneum (wild sugarcane) Sugarcane, aged for 2 years in ex-Bourbon casks. They are medium bodied and found to be clean with well-balanced tropical flavours and a soft finish - ideal to be enjoyed in your favourite cocktails. Sukhothai Rum is created using SukhothaiWhite Rum with coconut extracts and sugars being macerated with the rum at high strength. The rum is then diluted with distilled water and sugar to create Waterfall Coconut. It’s created with an hybrid column still, it’s excellent with club soda or lime or as an excellent base for mixing long drinks
